All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing includes order verification, item inspection, and packaging.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Area

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
Please note:

  • We do not ship to U.S. territories, military APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes at this time.
  • International shipping is not available.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
We partner with major carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders — no minimum purchase required.
If we introduce express or expedited shipping options in the future, any additional fees will be displayed at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.


Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address, or
  • Unclaimed package returned to sender

—we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Delayed Shipments

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • National holidays or carrier backlogs
  • Supply chain disruptions

If your package is delayed, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit, or
  • Delivered damaged

please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, if verified, issue a replacement or full refund.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We cannot guarantee order modifications or cancellations once an order is placed.
